Notes (For SIU Dubai):

1) VAT @ 5% will be charged extra on fees.

2) Any other charges incurred on behalf of the student / to provide services to the student will be charged at actual.

3) Backlog Fee will be charged additional @ AED 500 + 5% VAT per course as applicable.

4) Medical Insurance and Visa charges (non-refundable) (inclusive of VAT), will be additional @ AED 5000 for overseas students requiring institutional visa. AED 1,000 will be charged in addition to this for students who are within UAE.

5) Administrative fees (non-refundable) @ AED 1000 + 5% VAT will have to be paid by the student at the time of application for the cancellation of the admission.

6) A late fee will be applicable for all fee payments that are not paid as per the schedule.

7) Accommodation facilities are available; however, the hostels are outsourced. Students are required to pay the accommodation providers directly. SIU Dubai does not collect hostel fees, and therefore, the hostel fee structure is not approved or regulated by SIU.

*Deakin offers the tuition fee waiver scholarships for students who meet the following eligibility criteria:

1. 25% Scholarship for WAM of 75% or above.

2. 20% bursary for WAM of 60% – 74.99%.

Please note that the WAM will be calculated as the average of the four semesters completed at SCMS, and scholarships will be offered based on this.

Fill up the online Registration form for SET and SCMS Pune Institute program registration on www.set-test.org (Open from 12) December 2025 Up to April 15, 2026 (Wednesday)

Admit Card Generation for appearing in SET
Test 1: - April 24, 2026 (Friday)
Test 2: - April 30, 2026 (Thursday)

Ensure SCMS Pune institute program registration is processed through payment of the applicable registration fee Last Date of Payment by DD - May 18, 2026 (Monday) & Last date of online payment - May 18, 2026 (Monday) https://scmspune.ac.in/

SET Results will be declared on May 20, 2026 (Wednesday) on www.set-test.org. Call for shortlisted candidates for Online PI process on May 27, 2026 (Wednesday). https://scmspune.ac.in/

Pay the academic fees into the bank account number given in the Offer letter for admission as per the payment due date. Recheck (SCMS Pune) Bank account number while making payment through RTGS / NEFT to avoid any delay in admission.

An auto-generated fee receipt will be sent to your registered email ID once the payment has been successfully credited. Please ensure your transaction is successful.

After the first installment of fees is received, the eligibility link and login credentials will be sent to your registered email ID to allow you to upload your eligibility documents on the portal.

Reporting for Admission - Produce the desired documents in Original and set of photocopies of the documents, as per the sequence of eligibility portal for verification purposes on the day of verification i.e. 31st July 2026 or 1st August 2026.
